We, Unique Mining Services Public Company Limited ("the Company"), hereby notify that the Board of Directors Meeting No. 3/2010 resolved to approved the Directors' position change of Mr. Suchart Thammapitagkul as follows;

Previous position : Audit Committee / Independent Director
New position : Independent Director

With effective from April 9, 2010 onward.
