Attention : Directors and Managers The Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Unique Mining Service Public Company Limited would like to report the result of increasing capital during July - December 2010. Increasing capital that receives from exercise warrant to purchase ordinary share of UMS was Baht 12,427,564.03. This capital was used to be working capital in company's operation in full amount for the purpose of business expansion.
