Subject : Resolutions of the accounting period changes
To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand
We, Unique Mining Services Public Company Limited ("UMS" or the "Company"), hereby notify that the 2010 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting, held on April 9, 2010 resolved to approve the revision of articles of association No.44, the accounting period, to be in accordance with of Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited with details as follows;
Previous No.44, the accounting period of the company, starting on January 1 and ending on December 31 of each year
Revised No.44, the accounting period of the company, starting on October 1 and ending on September 30 of each year
The Company has already registered to change the accounting period on June 17, 2010
