Oct 11, 2010 the last trading day of UMS-W1
UNIQUE MINING SERVICES Public Company Limited (UMS) announced the maturity of the warrants representing the rights to purchase ordinary shares of UNIQUE MINING SERVICES Public Company Limited (UMS-W1); hence, the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) would like to remind the investors of the last trading day of UMS-W1 on October 11, 2010.The details are as follows:
UMS announced the maturity of UMS-W1 with exercise notice period starting from October 21-31, 2010 until November 1-4, 2010. The last exercise date to subscribe to its common shares on November 5, 2010 and the closure of the warrant registration is scheduled from October 15, 2010 until November 5, 2010. Starting from November 6, 2010, these warrants will no longer be the listed securities on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
Therefore, to comply with the settlement and securities transfer system, UMS has requested the SET to suspend trading of UMS-W1 effective from October 12, 2010 until November 5, 2010. (Detail as in UMS's news on SETSMART dated on September 14, 2010)
By virtue of Clause 5(6) of SET's Rules, Conditions and Procedures for the Temporary Prohibition of Trading of Listed Securities, issued on 9 February 1995, the SET will suspend trading on UMS-W1 from October 12, 2010 until November 5, 2010 as the company requested. In addition, the warrants will no longer be listed securities on SET from November 6, 2010 onwards.
